The couple was dating each other from 1997 and had their first child on 4th March 1999, in London, just 4 months before their marriage. They named their son Brooklyn Joseph Beckham. After Brooklyn, the couple gave birth to their second baby on 1st September 2002 and they named him Romeo James Beckham. Romeo’s birth also took place in London. On 20th February 2005, the couple gave birth to their third baby in Madrid, Spain. They named him Cruz David Beckham. Though currently, the Beckhams have three children, they have clearly stated that they are likely to have more children. They especially would like to have a daughter now. The couple shares a very good relationship between them. They are strongly bonded to one another. In some of their public appearances in 2006, Victoria stated that they are a very strong family and they do love each other very much. She also added that you could surely work things out if you know within yourself that you really love someone. Though the famous English pop/rock singer, composer and pianist and five times Grammy Award winner Sir Elton John, does not have any children of his own, he has 10 Godchildren. He is a Godparent to Victoria and David Beckham’s elder son, Brooklyn. Similarly, the Canadian film maker and Sir Elton John’s civil partner, David Furnish, is also a Godparent to Victoria and David Beckham’s second son, Romeo.
